Brought 1 20kg, 2 24kgs and 2 32kgs with me to Spokane. Basic training today.
Warmups
32kg 2H SW x 10 x 5 sets
20kg SN x 10/10
24kg SN x 10/10
DB 24kgs farmer carries x 2 minutes x 3 sets
I wasn't really planning on training on Christmas but we were going to have a big dinner so after a long walk I did this, just to make room for more food:)
