I was able to get 4 full rounds of the above, and a final round of 2 reps and 3 reps, did not get in the final set of 5 reps before time was up
Overall that was a total of 45 reps of each lift with double 24s, a lot of volume

Notes - Great training session, challenging, but strong throughout. I am very encouraged by this, a great effort today with very good focus and technique. Coming off a less than ideal training session result on Monday from Priest Lake, this was good.
