7:05am - Kettlebell warm up

7:20am- Training session - 24kg TK PR, 36kg 2H SW

Notes - Great training session this morning.  Feeling very strong.  Watching video on the presses, I had a more vertical forearm, and was pressing from the lat.  It felt great. I definitely want to transfer this over to standing presses. Improvements like this over time may finally get me to pressing the elusive 48kg Beast one day.
