11:00am - belly breathing, lacrosse ball, Primal Move practice - 15 minutes

11:15am - Kettlebell warm up

Notes - Writing this on Sunday.  Felt absolutely great on Saturday.  Took my son out to breakfast, then we played baseball for 90 minutes.  After this we hopped in the car and went to see Star Wars the Force Awakens in 3D.  Then we did more "guy stuff" the rest of the day.  It was an awesome day:)
