8:45am - belly breathing, lacrosse ball release, Primal Move practice - 30 minutes

9:15am - Kettlebell warm up

Arm bar 16kg, 1+1, x 2
Crooked Arm bar 16kg with 3 presses and rotations, 1/1

9:30am- Training session - Seesaw press, hike swing park

24kg Renegade Rows on a box, 5/5

36kg 2H HSP, x 4 (1 rep at a time)

Notes - Good stuff other than I could not wake up this morning.  Daylight savings has me all sort of confused (as does a new woman in my life so that's a good distraction but a distraction nonetheless!). Strong day overall.  Abductors are tight these days.  I need to focus on some mobility stretches and figure out a way to get these released, as well as the hamstrings.  Going to focus on that tonight and I I have a few stretches in mind in particular.
