Notes - Very challenging, very very challenging. I have not been able to get over the hump of not setting the bells down on the 4th set. I am hoping I can overcome this next week. This is just one hell of a complex/chain. I like it a lot, just incredibly challenging. Overall just continuing to feel very great. Getting bigger all around during this cycle, can tell in the way my shirts are fitting. Awesome
