Notes - Body feeling quite good. Did some extra stretches last night to focus on the R leg, ankle as well to try and clear up the remainder of the tightness on that side from kickball last Friday. Just about go there and was feeling pretty limbered up after coffee and a walk. This was a good recovery day. I have a heavy mind these days, just doing some personal reflection on some things.
