Notes - Good stuff, very pleased. Needed some time on the foam roller and lacrosse ball work on my R quad right above my knee, up to my hip, but generally good. Just watching that area. Overhead on the TGUs felt great, really strong and solid, Great stuff. Excited to squat again tomorrow!
