6:00am - belly breathing, lacrosse ball, Primal Move practice - 40 minutes

6:40am - Kettlebell warm up

6:55am- Training session - 32kg CL&PR, 40kg 2H SW

Notes - Very good session today.  Solid, solid pressing, really strong.  The 32kg is a bell I can really control at this point,which feels great.  Heavy swings after pressing balanced things out nicely.  Good to get up early this morning as well - trying to improve on that, getting started earlier each morning and dialing back into my previous routine where I was getting started before 6am.

Notes - Getting around to writing this log post on Monday.  Felt good here.  Got this done before heading out for the day with the kids and girlfriend to the Tulip festival up north.  Felt really good all day.
