Notes - Well, what the hell. I had a great weekend with my wife, we took a short trip to the islands and got a ton of sleep, felt very well rested for this training session. Things were going great when all of the sudden on my 3rd set of squats I got a sharp pain in the top of my left hip, kind of IT band / quad, and had to rack the set after 2 reps. Things didn't get better from there. I don't know if this was a cramp or what. On the video, on the walkout, I may have put some sudden pressure on the left hip, I don't know, can't really tell. This hasn't been bothering me at all and this seems to have completely come out of the blue. Really, really frustrating. From there the training session never really got worse but it sure didn't get better. It didn't bother me in the OHP other than taking the bar off the rack, where I had to dip my knees. It didn't bother me on the DL either, though I only pulled light today. Just shitty. The last couple of months I have gone from resolving wrist and elbow issues, to the oddity of the left oblique / lower lat coming and going for several weeks, and now this. It's been kind of a tough run to be honest with you. Just as I have turned the corner with each of these things, something else comes up.
