DB 20kg KB cleans x 5 FSQ x 5 x 2 sets

Cleans felt great, FSQ a little better than Monday

Notes - Just getting to write this on Friday.  Good session, legs improved.  Got a chiro adjustment on Wed evening and that helped even more.  Have my first official barbell training session with a coach on Saturday in Sandpoint.  Adam Fangman, SSC.  Really excited to meet him, this is a potentially big turning point for me.

Notes - Just getting to write this on Friday.  This was fine, bench chins and prowler all felt good, so did KB cleans, KB FSQ didn't feel great.  Legs need a major break.
