Notes - Just getting to write this on Friday. Good session, legs improved. Got a chiro adjustment on Wed evening and that helped even more. Have my first official barbell training session with a coach on Saturday in Sandpoint. Adam Fangman, SSC. Really excited to meet him, this is a potentially big turning point for me.
