11:35am - Kettlebell warm up

Arm bar + Crooked Arm bar 20kg with 3 presses and rotations, 1/1

11:50am- Training session - 24kg, body weight

Notes - Very easy session, I like these Saturday low-stress sessions that get in some movement, little strength, more of a re-charge for the body.
