11/19/14 Wednesday November 19, 2014 (TGU,, SLDL, long walk)

7:30am - FMS drills (belly breathing, soft tissue work, t-spine, 1/2 kneeling) - 30 minutes

8:00am - Kettlebell warm up

1/2K halos - 8kg, 4X each side / each leg (total 16X)
1/2K halos - 12kg, 4X each side / each leg (total 16X)
16kg Roll to press (TGU start) - shoulder cam shafts, each arm

Arm bar 12 kg, 2+2
Arm bar 16kg with 3 presses and rotations, 1/1

8:15am - Training session - 16kg TGU, 16kg SLDLs

2x
16kg TGU, 1/1

16kg SLDL, 3/3

8:30am - Complete

Walk around Greenlake - 8:45 - 9:30am

Notes - Good day, just getting back into things very, very slowly.  My second long walk of the week, did one on Monday as well.  Feeling pretty good.  Feels a little odd to be doing so little this week but it is definitely the right thing to do.  Need plenty of recovery.
