1/9/14 Thursday January 9, 2014 (OS, PM, SL DLs 16kg)

5:55am - Original Strength and Primal Move - 30 minutes

6:25am - Kettlebell warm up ("Standard")

1/2K halos - 8kg, 4X each side / each leg (total 16X)
1/2K pullover - 12 kg, 5X each leg

1/2K halos - 12kg, 4X each side / each leg (total 16X)
1/2K pullover - 16 kg, 5X each leg
Roll to press (TGU start) - shoulder cam shafts, each arm

Arm bar 12 kg, 1+1

6:40am - SL DLs 16kg, 5/5

6:45am - Complete

Notes - As intended this was just an active recovery day, with a few SL DLs thrown in just to pattern the motion with a little load.  They felt a little off, as I have not been doing the movement as much the past several weeks.  I will try to find some time to work in more of these, with just body weight, or with some load.
