Notes - Writing this on Monday after getting back from a vacation to see my mom's family in South Dakota. A very good time. I have been having some issues with my left hip / low left back again, same pattern. Felt great on Friday, shitty Saturday, good Sunday, pretty good Monday, but it's there.
