7:15am - belly breathing, Primal Move practice, Original Strength resets  - 45 minutes

8:00am- Training session - Body weight

10x:
Body weight squats x 10
Backward SL lunges x 5/5
push-up x 10

Band wrist extensions, 10 x 2 sets per hand

8:30am - Complete

Notes - Good body weight session before heading home from the honeymoon.  This is always a good solid go-to body weight session when no weights are handy.
