Notes - Feeling good. Good stuff, not a ton to say here other than needing to get to bed earlier and get more quality sleep. Definitely am putting on some size in this cycle, there is no question about that. Looking forward to weighing myself in a few more weeks. Weighed 200 lbs on Jan 1. Eating everything in sight, and I am fine with it.
