Notes - Punch the clock. Nothing to say really other than my right elbow and forearm are quite tight. Going to need a lot of time with the lacrosse ball to release the R tricep and free up some of the tension. Not completely sure what this is related to other than probably an accumulation of training, and I have not really been working the lacrosse ball on my tricep and forearms. It is something that requires a little more diligence and maintenance before things get tight.
